All our products are delivered digitally via e-mail. You will receive a product key, download file and installation and activation instructions. Most products are delivered within 1-5 minutes. Some products must be delivered manually and can take up to 1 hour to be delivered.
You can also access the product you have purchased via My Account:
- Go to “My Account” by clicking on the upper right corner of the web page: “Hello, [your name]”.
- Click on “Orders“. Find the correct order ID and press “SHOW” at the far right under the heading “ACTIONS”.
- On the order page you will find the product key and download guide (some products will only be assigned a download guide via e-mail).

Received immediately the key and instructions to download.
The file was surprisingly huge (4.7GB) and with extension .img so I had to unzip it.
Double clicking the setup file opened a Microsoft window which announced that it’s downloading the file however I verified my data traffic and found that nothing is being downloaded.
When I first opened Visio, the activation window was blank so I couldn’t enter the key. Tried “repair” file, “run as admin”, “compatibility mode”… nothing worked.
I finally went into the Microsoft folder in “Program Files” and double clicked on a Visio template. Visio then opened and the activation window appeared. I pasted the key then clicked on “activate online” and it worked.
Compared to the price of the Microsoft monthly subscription, what I paid for this key would serve me for just 17 consecutive days! So if this copy works for only 18 days I won’t complain 😉
